Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, as a small home-based business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule. Please review our policies below.
24-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service amount.
Deposit Required
A deposit may be required for first-time clients or services over $200 to secure your booking.
Rescheduling
Need to reschedule? No problem! Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll happily find a new time that works for you.
For emergencies or special circumstances, please reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
